I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were impressive, and I loved spending time in the pleasant garden and pool area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and gave me great tips for activities and trips to do in the area. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day!

Nothing it is perfect.

The First impressions was a warm greeting at the front of the Motel by the owner,it felt very friendly and inviting. And then the friendlyness just keep getting better,we would stay there any time and recommend it to all our friends.

The pool was excellent, the staff here was fantastic! We loved having a kitchenette. The downtown is within 15 minutes' walk.

The location, helpful maid, kitchen facilities, best choice for island host, friendly housekeepers, clean rooms with a/c.

We had a great time while staying in travelers budget motel. We stayed 3 nights. Janelle and Jack the owners of the motel warmy wellcome you and are very helpfull.

Owners/operators friendly and welcoming. We arrived latish at night and they served us fresh fruit with yoghurt. Breakfast was simple. But good value for money.

The rooms are very small; facilities are not really suitable for business travellers, but rather for backpackers/low budget travellers. Very little privacy and sounds from neighboring rooms clearly audible. Overall not the best value for money but it served our immediate needs, since we had not been able to find something more suitable online, within the price range we were looking for (

All was excellent, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently located, only a short walk away from the main shopping area and restaurants. the rooms were equipped with everything we needed and were kept clean during our stay. the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot and humid weather.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt a bit lacking and lacked a certain charm or character. the pool area was small and not very inviting.

Amazing place. Great owners and staff. Very welcoming and friendly. Very cleanly and great value. Very quiet, yet cultural. The kitchen and fridge and mircowave in room is a huge plus! I am 22 and stayed with my girlfriend there for 8 nights. We are both Uni students and wanted a quiet and relaxing get away for as cheap as possible. This place wowed us and really made our holiday memorable. Not one issue about our accomodation. Would recommend it for young couples, travellers, or even small families.

Lack of street lights in Vanuatu made walking to the hotel at night tricky and somewhat scary. Not the hotels fault, but it was about a 5-10 minute walk up the hill from the city.

What did we like about Travellers Budget Motel? Just about everything. From Janelle and Jack's warm welcome when we arrived, to their daily interest and help in what we had planned - which included excellent tour advice and bookings when needed (no commission) - to end of day relaxation by the pool and dinner if we felt the need to cook, in their excellent shared kitchen - this was a great holiday. I should mention, perhaps, that my husband is 80 and walks slowly with a stick. Sadly he can no longer carry a backpack. This was our first holiday ever where we had prebooked for the entire time. But our misgivings were unfounded. We had a wonderful holiday. Travellers Budget Motel has all the camaraderie of a good backpackers but - if you stay in an ensuit room as we did - considerably more comfort. And how better to start the day than with Janelle's fabulous tropical fruit salad? Who'd have thought that, after just two weeks, we'd be teary at saying goodbye. And how kind of Jack to drive us to the airport.
